When you finish so fast the business or home owner starts to do the math and question your price. I know I have had this happen on more then a few occasions. My normal response was always with a smile and I would say, "Well, the last guys and gone, and now you have a real professional doing the work."
That got mixed responses, but I did walk away with the money.
